The inaugural launch of PopUp will feature an exciting collaboration with Sother Teague and Bruce Shultz of Amor y Amargo. This extraordinary event will showcase expertly crafted cocktails, exclusive to the refined flavors of Vecchio Amaro del Capo—including its Centenary Reserve and Red Hot Edition—and hand-crafted Pure & Clear™ cocktail ice.

VECCHIO AMARO DEL CAPO is a renowned Italian herbal liqueur, crafted with a blend of 29 herbs, flowers, fruits, and roots from Calabria. Founder & Beverage Director

Sother Teague, Wine Enthusiast’s Mixologist of the Year in 2017, is the Founder and Beverage Director at Amor y Amargo, one of North America's top 25 bars. Formerly president of the United States Bartenders Guild, Sother is co-host of The Speakeasy on Heritage Radio Network, and is a published author of two books. He worked on the Food Network's Good Eats, and has been featured in Esquire, GQ, The New York Times, and more.

Bruce Shultz
Head Bartender

Bruce Shultz began his career at Eataly's Birreria in the Flatiron District of NYC. He refined his skills under the renowned mentorship of Sasha Petraske and Ben Long at The John Dory. Bruce later collaborated with Erik Castro at Polite Provisions in San Diego, a celebrated 2014 Spirited Award winner for Cocktail Bar of the Year. After successfully opening La Farfalle in Charleston, SC, Bruce returned to his NYC roots in 2021, taking on the role of Head Bartender at the acclaimed Amor y Amargo.
