Refund policy
Damages, Melting, and Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@minnesota-ice.com. A defective item refers to any product that is faulty or does not function as described.
For perishable goods such as our cocktail ice, if the product arrives in a melted state, please report it to us within 4 hours of the delivery timestamp as per the shippers website. We will evaluate the issue and strive to resolve it promptly.
Return Process for Non-Perishable Goods
We offer a 15-day return policy on non-perishable goods. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with no broken seals. If the item has been used or the original packaging is not available, the item is unable to be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@minnesota-ice.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or arrived in a melted state. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us at info@minnesota-ice.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@minnesota-ice.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your item and place a new order.
