Minnesota Ice Mobile Freezer Rental Agreement

This Agreement is made between Minnesota Ice (hereinafter "Company") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms (hereinafter "Renter").

Rental Equipment and Use: The Company rents to the Renter the trailer includes Freezer, and additional equipment as specified in the invoice. The rented trailer and equipment are to be used exclusively for the storage of ice. Storing any other products may lead to spoilage, as the freezers are not designed to keep other products frozen.
Insurance: The Renter is required to provide proof of adequate insurance coverage (Business, Homeowners, Auto) that will cover any damage or loss to the rented trailer and equipment during the rental period. The Renter will provide the Company with a Certificate of Insurance prior to the start of the rental period. The replacement cost of the rental equipment is $14,000.00 USD.
Rental Period: The rental period commences when the trailer and additional equipment are delivered to the Renter and concludes when the Company retrieves the items, as per the dates stated in the invoice.
Maintenance and Repairs: The Renter is responsible for keeping the rented items in good working order during the rental period. For rented generators, this includes the obligation to keep the generator full of fuel and periodically check the oil level. The Renter shall not overfill or let the oil run out, as this can damage the engine.
Liability for Injuries/Damages: The Renter assumes all risks associated with the use and possession of the rented items during the rental period. The Renter will be responsible for any injuries or damages caused by the rented items.
Late and Early Returns: The Company will pick up and drop off the rental trailers. There will be no refunds issued for early pickup requests. If you need additional use of the trailer, you will be billed accordingly. If for any reason that the renter is responsible for causing delays in allowing our ability to pickip the trailer and included equipment, you will be billed for any additional expenses incurred plus 20%.
Cancellations: If the Renter needs to cancel their reservation, they will be charged for the full amount of the rental trailer. Charges for ice or delivery fees will not be applied.
Default: If the Renter fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, the Renter will be held liable for the entire amount of damages, including but not limited to repair or replacement costs, loss of use, and administrative costs.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this agreement will be settled in court, solely within the jurisdiction of Minnesota.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof.

This Agreement is not intended to constitute a lease of any real or personal property. Specific details of the terms of use will be outlined in the Renter's billing invoice. By renting the trailer and equipment from the Company, the Renter agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
